Incident Reports
For every critical alarm a separate Incident Report is published. This is posted to the secure document area on the MySpook client portal. An incident report clearly defines what the event was and how Spook contacted the client with a complete audit trail of events.
Each incident report includes:
- Confirmation of the alarmed condition showing the message sent.
- A chart showing a pre and post three hour period of the triggered event.
- A summary of the triggered event
- An installation plan indicating the sensor location
- An audit of the alarm showing all e-mail and SMS communications
- An audit of the SMS traffic showing delivery status
- A summary of how Spook Support contacted the client
