Spook Support is available 24/7 and is provided by Spook employees. A member of the Spook Support team will call the client 24/7 at the time of a critical alert to ensure they are in safe receipt of the message.
Spook sends alarms automatically by e-mail and SMS. However, for all critical alerts a member of the Spook Support team makes contact to ensure our clients are in safe receipt of the automated communication.
By Spook Support making contact to ensure safe delivery of each critical alarm we can also offer advice and assistance at the time of the call.
