Spook Console:
Spook Console is designed to be installed on the client's LAN/WAN and is protected by the client’s firewall and IT security. Spook Console pushes information out via the internet and mail server in real time for all alerts and at regular intervals for sending system heartbeats and sensor data to Spook. Spook Central:
Spook Central is an ADSL based service whereby Spook provides a dedicated CISCO router at the client site and establishes a secure VPN back to the Spook servers. Spook continually develops methods of monitoring with particular emphasis on power monitoring. Our leading service now includes dynamic Kilo-watt hour consumption and real-time £ cost analysis.
The Spook service also includes a weekly audit report showing the Kilo-watt hours for each monitored device together with a £ cost calculation showing in real terms the power consumption of each PDU. Each Kilo-watt hour device is automatically re-set to zero at the end of each month to show the accrued power for each period. The units can also be re-set to zero by the client at any time to allow them to calculate real-time power consumption for smaller time periods.

All images are stored safely and securely on the Spook file servers for current and historical review. Statistics are posted onto your account and you can search images based on activity or date.

However, once a planned preventative maintenance event has been completed it is important to create a new report to reflect any changes made.

For those hard to pin down intermittent problems Spook is able to set up a camera and capture Thermal and visible images over a time period (e.g. overnight). These images can be auto-triggered by a temperature value or by a preset time-lapse period.
